The Space Chariot Self-Balancing Scooter Hoverboard is designed to withstand a maximum weight of approximately 350-420 lbs.

Space Chariot ships internationally! However, some international purchases must be completed via wire transfer, check, money order, or direct deposit. Not all International purchases can be completed via debit or credit card.

Space Chariot does not assume liability for damage sustained during the shipping process. All shipments are insured via FedEx and all shipping claims must be handled directly with FedEx (www.Fedex.com).

The Space Chariot Self-Balancing Scooter Hoverboard can reach a maximum speed of 8-10 mph (depending on the rider's body weight), and it's recommended that all users wear a safety helmet. The Space Chariot Hoverboard is equipped with a maximum speed alarm, which sounds when the rider reaches the scooter's maximum speed. Additionally, the Space Chariot Hoverboard can be operated on both smooth and uneven surfaces, but successful operation is based on the rider's skill level.

The Space Chariot Self-Balancing Scooter Hoverboard is designed to withstand a wide range of conditions. DO NOT submerge your Space Chariot hoverboard in water. Space Chariot Hoverboards are NOT waterproof.

One completely full charge will provide approximately 15-20 miles worth the travel, and has a overall lifespan of 6-8 hours. The Space Chariot Self-Balancing Scooter Hoverboard has a 0-100% charge time of 1.5-2 hours.

All Space Chariot Hoverboard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Not including pre-orders).

All Space Chariot Self-Balancing Scooter Hoverboard purchases are eligibale for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, as long as the merchandise it returned in it's original condition and free of any wear, tear, scratches, scuffs, or indication of usage (Minus a 20% restocking fee). 

Each Space Chariot Self-Balancing Scooter Hoverboard comes with a one (1) year warranty covering all manufacture defects (this DOES NOT include damage sustained from the negligent misuse of your Space Chariot Self-Balancing Scooter Hoverboard).

What the One (1) Year Warranty Does Not Cover / What Will VOID the Warranty
  1. Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the Space Chariot while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
  2. Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering with or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the User Manual.
  3. Cosmetic damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case or other components malfunctions caused by normal wear or accident.
  4. Moisture damage to a Space Chariot Self-Balancing Scooter Hoverboard.
  5. Damage caused by repairs (disassembling the Space Chariot Self-Balancing Scooter Hoverboard) or alterations of the Space Chariot by anyone other than Space Chariot, Inc.
  6. DO NOT push and hold the power button. This can fry the motherboard and will void your warranty if it's deemed the motherboard has been fried.
  7. DO NOT remove your Space Chariot logos or labels. This WILL void your warranty.

If you are experiencing issues with your Space Chariot Self-Balancing Scooter Hoverboard, simply submit a Manufacturer’s Defect Claim. Please email info@SpaceChariot.com from the email attached to your original order.

  1. Subject title: “Name – Order # - Manufacturer’s Defect Claim."
  2. Body of email: describe in detail the issue(s) that you are experiencing and when you began to experience it.
  3. Include your name, phone number, and exact shipping address, as listed on your original order.
  4. Attach at least four (4) photos: front, back, and each side at a slight angle.
  5. If your issue is charger-related, also attach:
    • A photo of each end of the charging ports, where the charger connects to the Space Chariot.
    • A photo displaying the indicator light located on the black charger box unit, when the charger is plugged into the wall alone.
    • A photo displaying the indicator light located on the black charger box unit, when the charger is plugged into both the wall and the Space Chariot device.
  6. If your issue is functionality-related, also attach a video clearly displaying the malfunction.
  7. Your Claim will be promptly assessed and addressed within two (2) business days. Please expect an email response with the appropriate instructions.

We understand that Space Chariot earns its customers, and offer a "before shipping confirmation" cancellation policy.
